Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We will process your refund within 1-3 business days and automatically refund your credit card or original payment method.

Returns

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

To complete your return, we will require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Only partial refunds will be granted in the following circumstances:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return amount. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver and they'll review your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange item to reach you may vary.
